Why does Pocket appear in my server logs?
Pocket is a simple service, akin to a bookmark, that allows users to save content to their personal reading lists. Part of how this works on the Pocket system involves crawling saved content to retrieve information such as the title, images, content and other items related to representing the bookmark for the user in their list. Pocket does not save any content unless a particular user requests it, and as such the content is available only to the user that saved it through Pocket’s service. If you have any questions or concerns about any links or content saved by one of our users, please contact us at legal@getpocket.com
