Give teams a problem to solve, not a solution to implement
Without a pre-defined solution to work towards, the team has to collaborate and experiment to discover what the optimal approach is to solving their problem.
I view it as a design failure if we have to send someone to a settings page. That is putting the responsibility on the person using the service to fix the problem. The settings should be coming to you when you need them.
Only after you have a goal will you know what you need to know. And you have to know your question before you can choose how to answer it.
If you truly want to use your energetic power to manifest greatness, you must clear all that blocks you from believing in your greatness.
You have to chase the doing, because that’s where you’ll find satisfaction and fulfillment.
What we need more than anything is permission to be wherever the fuck we are when we’re there.
